What happens after I subscribe?
You’ll receive a welcome email with access to your dashboard and guidance on making your listing stand out. Premium members also receive a media pack and periodic performance updates showing how your listing is performing.
Can I pause my subscription temporarily?
What happens to my listing if I cancel my paid subscription?
If you cancel your premium membership, your listing will revert to a free listing with basic information only. Your enhanced content and priority placement will be removed, but you’ll maintain a presence in the directory.
Do I need to agree to any terms and conditions when subscribing?
Yes. All premium members agree to our Terms and Conditions which cover listing standards, payment details, and cancellation policies. You’ll be asked to review these before completing your membership.
